That is great but wouldn't he get in trouble for drugging someone without their knowledge? Not so sure the end result would justify the means if it was a felony.

Yes.

My guess is this was a 'fake' prank just for the 'lol' value on the internet.

I highly doubt it's real but either way it's hilarious.
