Yeah... let's build a new rig

and forget to but heavier psu in it

my current psu is like 600-650 watt (dunno exaclty anymore), but almost a year old

AND it isn't enough (especially because I want to use crossfire in the future)

So anyone got some idea's which psu I have to get

I know you have to take the good brands but even then there is so much choose

according reviews it's a good one (ashame it isn't modular => the newer 850watt are... :s doubt again :s)

well here are spec:

mobo: asus crosshair formula V am3+ socket (waiting for fx cpu's)

cpu (atm): amd phenom II x6 1090t @ 3.2ghz

ram: g.skill ripjaws x 16 gig 1666 (I know overkill but it was cheaper then the 8 gig ones I wanted to buy ^^)

Hdd:Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB (has to be replaced soon, starts to big a dickhead)

but this one : Thermaltake Toughpower xt875 w also looks great (according to reviews) and is modular

Thermaltake toughpower 875w looks amazing for your set up do you get a 5 year warranty with that as well

My kingswin 800w died on me last week . I have looked at a lot of psu this week and I am getting thermaltake cablemanagement 1200w. When I done my build I fought 800w would do the job but I kept on getting more stuff for my rig and the psu give up in the end.I will get better results now with the thermaltake 1200w and it's a got a good warranty as well.
