rolf Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 @Joker: spoilerfail The sharp angle of the green is acos(2/5) = 66 degree. The sharp angle of the yellow triangle is acos(3/8) = 68 degree. That actually means that the line from leftmost to rightmost is not straight. However, in the first triangle that means that there is a slight 'dip' (or whatever you would call it) on the intersection of yellow and green, which means it's smaller than the second, which has a small bump on the intersection on yellow and green. Although I wouldn't imagine the difference is that big, apparently it is Quote
Panini*Hobbit@mp3 Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 I must say, this one is really good Got me for sure Quote

Joker Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 what am I supposed to see in this? all the things are only on different places and its the same size..... The task is that answer how can be there an empty box if every piece is same size only on different spot? @rolf fail? I would totally understand the solution from my answer. Maybe it could be composed better but sometimes words Im looking for doesnt cross my mind Quote
Wifestein Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 The task is that answer how can be there an empty box if every piece is same size only on different spot? Well duh because the 2 triangles switches the other two had to be on diff places too and they have weird shapes so then it has an empty one..idk how to explain, but this is not a mindblow thing if u have a lil bit of sense lol Quote
