Ingredients

 

2 slices bacon

3 slices bread, toasted

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 leaves lettuce

2 (1 ounce) slices cooked deli chicken or turkey breast

2 slices tomato

 

Directions

 

Place bacon in a heavy skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.

Spread each slice of bread with mayonnaise. On one slice of toast, place the turkey and lettuce. Cover with a slice of toast, then the bacon and tomato. Top with last slice of toast.

I use to spend my summers in Canada and our Canadian Club sandwich was a Labatts Blue between 2 Molson Goldens!

I molson canadian between to coors lights.:D and the sandwich on the side!! Looks good might have to make one tonight.

That looks/sounds pretty good. I just have one question, is that Canadian bacon, or regular bacon? If it is from Canada then they would just call it bacon, but then what do they call actual bacon in Canada, American bacon? Oh I am sooo confused :blink: . I know they just call Canadian bacon ham, because that it what it is. I just love messing with people on that subject. :hi

Ahhhh the clubhouse sandwich at Woolworth's. With the grape drink fountain behind the counter. Memories.... Yes I'm old. LOL
