Nothing beats sushi :) although, a medium cooked steak is pretty high on my list also, or some mudcake for dessert. All in all, food is pretty awesome :)

Deep Fried Bluegill or Crappie, red skin potatoes, fried in butter Morels, and greenbeans. Oya and a few tomatoes w/white onion.

and a ice cold Guinness to wash it down.

Pizza. Not all pizza. I have a specific restaurant that makes absolutely glorious pizza near me, it's called Moon River. It's the BEST, the crust is not too soft but not too hard, the cheese is goddamn delicious, and the sauce/cheese ratio is just how I like it.

to me, naming a favorite dish is like saying what your favorite song or movie is... or your favorite beer (for you beer enthusiasts)... it all depends on my mood, and as funny as it sounds... the environment.

sushi and steak (separately, please) are very high on my list... so are fine cheeses. if i HAD to choose one dish to live off of, it would be Kimchi. pickled cabbage from Korea. there are NO foods that i crave as much. when i was a kid, the korean family next to me would prepare the cabbage and put it in clay pots, and actually bury it in the soil for 30 days.... then jar it for consumption. my mouth waters just thinking about it.
