Can you please open command line and do:

  

ipconfig /flushdns

 

Then open the game and do this from console:

  

/connect silent1.clan-fa.com:27960

Jay2      = 108.61.21.94  -> 172.93.107.57

Silent1  = 108.61.21.93  -> 172.93.107.70    or     /connect silent1.clan-fa.com

NQ2     = 108.61.21.92  -> 104.243.42.89

You should use the "DNS name", which will never change, but an IP might as time goes on.

hi, it still not connectable for me, I tried  /connect silent1.clan-fa.com and /connect 172.93.107.70, but no luck. Funny that  /connect jay1.clan-fa.com or /connect hc.clan-fa.com works fine...

 

I cannot even receive the ping response from the server silent1.clan-fa.com. When I connect my VPN to Miami, it pings (I could not install the VPN on my old OS PC that I use to play this game to test the connection, but I guess it would work too). Maybe some rule on my ISP is avoiding me to connect to it.

I cant see anything else. If you call them they could verify that.
