@Vice86 I am not a fan of the script myself but it’s an option. Like I said I use /kill often lol so it would bug me.

Sigh, Self-kill is a tool to use just before spawn time to respawn with full health and ammo or to respawn at an advanced spawn point or to regroup with your team in scrims. 

It's a very common thing to do in Matches and ETPro and ETL Pub servers.

Or to SK and then reclaim your dropped MG for more ammo on limited ammo servers

 

On JM servers that are overrun with spam, it's a way to avoid the constant dying from Heavy Weapons spam kills without taking a +1 Death

Since I've seen this post I've seen it a lot more. People throwing nades and killing themselves or grenade rifle then killing themselves.

 

Should add that I have been playing Silent Recruiting that I've seen it.

Personally, I only self-kill to avoid panzer if said person is an absolute nab that only camps in small areas that would tend to kill themselves once they fire it anyways. So, I am basically just killing out and letting the person blow themselves.

 

If you ask me it's an equal action. Both suicides lol.

self kill is a part of the game you can't stop someone from doing it  not everyone knows you can do it to so i see no point in making a big deal out of it i mean you really need to know you have to bind it for it to work i mean you can open consol and type it in there but still again not everyone knows how to do this i mean in all my time of playing  i had a number of ppl ask me how i playdead or kill myself i  have binds and vsays and everything for my kill outs  

 

p.s i mean it does not really  matter if you kill your self it still counts as a dead just the other player don't get the kill all the time

Because the selfkill doesn't hit their KDA, like falling to your death doesn't affect your KDA
