Platinum VIP Aft3rmath Posted Sunday at 03:48 AM Platinum VIP Share Posted Sunday at 03:48 AM is a laptop the only option? i ask because you can build a beast of a PC for the same cost as a decent laptop in many situations.
Gengis
If your satisfied with ASUS you may wish to buy another one since they have good products. I must say i am not an AMD fan but that's me. Gengis Edited Sunday at 04:03 AM by Gengis

With a previous laptop, i used to put the keyboard on the laptop. Might not be the best option for gaming, but it could be one way to go and improve. TulsaGeoff
I'd recommend a wireless 60% keyboard without ten key to save space. Something like https://www.amazon.com/Keychron-Bluetooth-Mechanical-Rechargeable-Compatible/dp/B07ZT412V5?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&smid=A19P1OE43Y3F5A&th=1 or a Wooting 60 if you want to spend more for a corded keyboard. The discrete video on the Mini Forum HX100G is a good thing. The thing I don't like about that PC is its a relatively small hardware brand that also have proprietary equipment. So if you want to upgrade your GPU, you are most likely stuck. It's maybe easier to work on that a laptop if you every have to, but you can't just go buy a new PSU or other off the shelf equipment. Should run ET very well though and do decent on newer games at 1080. 1440p may be a stretch for some based on the card. There are other ITX or similar prebuilt small form factor options available, but I have a feeling many companies are going to be proud of these niche options. I am also not a fan of AMD GPU's. Their current processors cook, especially the X3D variants but I couldn't get a flagship Sapphire Nitro 7900 XTX to run without crashing after messing with everything possible including undervolting and installing various configurations of their drivers. It was much cheaper than 4080/4090 at the time, but ended up keeping my older 3070 and no issues anymore.
