Create a shortcut for ET then right click that shortcut and go to properties. In the target line it should look something like this: "D:\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\et.exe" Change it to this: "D:\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\et.exe" +set fs_game jaymod This should load you into the main ET screen with the mod set as jaymod.
