Thanks for the interesting Tools!    I did notice something about that when I did a test-installation to look at the MD5 warning.

About the hud; it looks like it creates an autosave hud file, which propably overrides mine. So I just copy/paste my hud settings and replaced the autosave file, now it works ok.

I done like @Siwex89. I told my antivirus to trust the file. That solved everything .
