After using hobit.cfg I've noticed I cant play ET anymore: for example, I shoot exactly to the enemy head few times  - no head shot sound (all missed). I cant shoot even bodyshots, 70% is missed - wtf?   In another hand - I shoot air - and its makes me headshots sounds. 

 

Today I started to die BEFORE I enemy shows up, or nearly immidieatly after I see him. My ping is steady, as always. Lag meter normal. I restarted router, pc, no effect.  

 

Like I never care for stats, kr, or another bullshit like this - but I hardly can kills 7-8 frags, on 25 deaths. Its impossible to play like this.

 

(all is left is mortar for me?)

/exec default.cfg

it will set the settings to normal
Try to test orther cfg in other installation :) for do not break your normal game

sounds like a fubared install. u could  post the cfg  and then ur pc specs ..it would be easier to help.

Happened to me as well, had to make new cfg.

When someone was specing me he saw sth totally different then i saw on my screen, i was shooting to the head and spec saw me shooting ground. 😄

Guys thanx to all - ive gixed it. New cfg and i kill 2 background process from utorrent.

That is an interesting question!  Were you able to use the mortar in your ET was in that FUBARed state?  

 

We rely on the Mortar elevation & direction scale and the G-Map... :hmm
