Yes sir, we had a guy on NQ1 that had 9gag player name (he even was a member if I remember correctly)

Not an ET meme, but maybe there is at least one of you who played OpenArena before.

 

 

I miss OA, wanted to take a break and checkout some servers. Sadly almost noone plays OpenArena these days. Yesterday evening there were four of us and a bot on a deathmatch server, over 90% of other servers were empty with only bots playing. Meanwhile on ET begginners2 10 vs 10, which can easily grow up to 20 vs 20 making the server struggle and gameplay even more fun. Wolfenstein ET / ET Legacy is like Transport Tycoon Deluxe / OpenTTD, a game of the past people still mod and enjoy and it will never die.

 

The sound in this video is pummel/gauntlet, the most basic weapon, a saw usless in normal combat, but making extreme damage killing players loaded with health and armor sometimes with just one hit, something similar to a knife in ET. Players running around with this weapon sound like a mosquito, and some really hate this weapon for that reason. This weapon is really fun on small crowded maps with a lot of places to hide.
