1) My pc has 8 GB of RAM I am not using 4 and the task manager already says that I am over 90% why that happends and how can I solve it?

2) WTF is happening with chrome, I have 19 tabs open only 1 video playing and already it is consuming 3GB of RAM. Is that normal? am I being attacked by virus/malware/spies?

Chrome is a notorious RAM hog. You could expect to be using about 2-2.5 gigs of RAM with 15 YouTube videos open... I'm guessing the extra 1.5gigs is being using by a misbehaving plugin.

You can use Chrome's own "task manager" to get more details on which tabs and plugins are consuming the highest resources by pressing "Shift+Esc". Clicking on the "Memory" header will sort the usage from highest to lowest.

Thanks to lifehacker for the screenshot of the Chrome task manager.

PS: Everything combined is using that much memory. After all, Windows and it's services need some too. Sadly 8 gigs doesn't go as far as it used to just a year ago. Part of this has to do with Spectre/Meltdown fixes.

If you're worried about malware, spyware, or viruses, you can run a scan using Malwarebytes and Adwcleaner. However, typically malware's side-effects are high CPU and disk usage, not memory consumption.
If you're using built-in Windows Defender, you're probably fine. I've been using Win Defender (formerly Security Essentials) for 9 years now, no viruses in that time.
