I've been trying to log on and play on the servers when I see people logged on, I've been away for awhile but i've been trying to play cod4 more often again. Hope to start seeing more =F|A='s on the servers soon.

Are there any Assassins here that are going to be playing the new crowd funded Battletech game by Harebrained Schemes (http://harebrained-schemes.com/)? The beta release is out June 2nd and It would be cool to find some F|A's running some mechs. If anyone plays Mechwarrior online, this is a turned based version based in the same universe (different era I think).

It's been a long time since I've logged into the forum. Thought it would be a good idea to pop in and say hello. Looking forward to catching up with the Assassins.

It's definitely and under rated sport/game but it's one hell of an adrenaline rush. I'm 43 now and have to worry more about managing time chasing after my youngest children, not too worried about girls anymore What rig did you use when you played? My last marker was a Tippman 98 custom... damn thing was like the AK 47 of paintball markers, it was a beast and out shot any of the Kingman markers I went up against. I even aced a buddy of mine that bought and tricked out an Angel marker. OMG I miss those days

Seem's to be a lot of great people from =F|A= playing COD Modern Warfare.

Reason's behind my Alias/username well when I play RPGs and Strategy games I play under ShadowHawk9272. However, in the mid 90's when I started playing Quake 2 and the mods I would get p*&&ed off at all the crap talk from other players noob and so many other names we wont use here. I was going to go with Barney (the dinosaur) You know "I love you, you love me!" crap... but I really hate Barney and could hear his irritating voice echo in my head. Can't go getting the Barney song stuck in my head I would have probably offed myself by now if I had. I always loved the Muppets so I thought using one of there names would be cool.... Then I thought who would be the most annoying Muppet to go by. Beaker was out... the Chef wouldn't work... I don't know enough jokes to be Fossie Bear... Kermit was just too nice... So I couldn't make up my mind. That's when a tickle me Elmo commercial came on and it was like a light bulb went off in my head. "Holly crap!!! That's it." Coining Elmo's famous sayings like "That tickles, do it again, Elmo loves you, and many more and binding the script to a bunch of keys... I had people all over the Quake games hating my guts and ultimately just not playing well. Being a cute cuddly red monster certainly went a long way in improving my game Still to this day I see a lot of people getting frustrated when belch out some Elmo Monster love.

This sort of falls into RPGs as well. I have rediscovered my love of painting Battletech miniatures and playing tabletop Battletech/Mechwarrior.

I played a little speed ball about 12 or 13 years ago, but I loved playing Rec ball (Woodsball). Tried to get my oldest 2 boys into playing, but then they got interested in girls...

I loved playing CTF but Action Quake was my favorite. Made a lot of good friends back in those days.

Any old timers on here that use to play Quake 2 Action Quake. Specifically anyone that used to run with -NW- (Northern Warriors) or LOL (Laugh Out Loud).
