!

Atletico madrid if im not mistaken?

For me obviously Real Madrid, depending on how good Zidane can shape them up, we have good chances, tho dat Messi is scary as f***, there's not even one person close to him at this point. I would expect Ancelotti to bring Bayern to at least semi's or maybe even finals, he was always specialist for CL, same with Real, won it instantly.

Haha ya. I'm for Bayern 1000% but to be realistic, Real is the only one who I can see as the champs.

Meh man, im cheering for Real since ages, but still have to see them playing this season with full lineup to actually get the feeling of their game, by what i saw from Barca's game with some important individuals missing, they were still playing with ease, scoring and making opportunities as usual, will be interesting to see a bit into the season how Zidane can set up squad and after Ronaldo joins the team as well.

I think on 21th September there's already a big derby between Atletico Madrid and Barca, so that should give us some proper figures how they both perform.

Keep in mind for young talent, Marco Asensio at Real, if he gets proper time to play, he has the qualities to become one of the best players on the world.

Yeah you're right. We shall see anyway. And yeah Barca's game was really 'wow' factor if you have in mind they were out of some good players. CR & messi both are great, so is Ibra, but one man doesn't make a team, Real last 2 games were pretty lame.

Anyway, we shall see Barca in standoff with Atletico. This will be a great game to watch:)

Thats why i said u cant considering it without half of first team at Real missing, obviously game wont be the same as it is with Modric, Ronaldo, Benz at starting lineup, even tho for now, they are doing fine if they already won Super Cup and first game at Sociedad which is hard even for the best clubs.

They didn't really lose against atletico though. It is unlikely, but you never know, it is called surprising after all :).

So the groups are published, not really hard to see which're the two proceeding teams from each group

uefa.jpg

A: PSG, Arsenal

B: Benfica, Napoli

C: Barca, Man city ( Borrusia Mönchengladbach can surprise for some results but dont think they can proceed)

D: Bayern, Atletico

E: Tottenham, Bayern Leverkusen - probably most even group among all.

F: Real Madrid and Borrusia Dortmund

G: Porto and Leicester considering they don't really have a proper team for challenge of second spot.

H: Juventus and Sevilla.

Mostly looking forward to the Man City vs Barcelona games. I live in Manchester, have been to watch City a few times, my boss at work is a season ticket holder and I watch most of their games on TV. You would think that if any manager knows how to beat Barcelona it would be Guardiola, however city's defence is absolutely tragic and I just don't see how they could possibly handle Neymar-Messi-Suarez. I think they are going to get battered home and away.

A lot of great matches ahead! Although last season the group phase matches and the 1st match of kick out system were often defensive..

Although I am a PSV fan I am afraid this year we wont play european football after the "winterstop"
