Website Members and server regular submit your GUID

Recommended Posts

We are planning to add new system by which your level will be based on GUID submitted on forum. With time many members and regulars have changed their GUID. In shrubbot their are tons of junk GUID. It's been 1 year and I am planning to do some clean up on old GUID which are not in use any more.

I strongly suggest you submit your GUID within 15 days or your admin level will be revoked.

You can submit your last 8 character GUID here:

http://fearless-assassins.com/index.php?app=core&module=usercp&tab=members

All, ET and COD 4 members need to submit their GUID.

I strongly suggest if you are server regular and applied for membership or your have admin level on our server please update your GUID also.

Your submitted GUID can only be seen/accessed by leader or founders or moderators. So, you will not be able to see others GUID except yours.

Their is no estimated date when new system will be in action but I do gaurantee that if GUID is not submitted in due time of 14 days you will loose your admin level or may be even XP on jaymod servers.

We are also planning to modify our sexy roster with few more fine details.

The only exception to above rule is Savage because he can't access forums.

Thank you.

Edit:

Here is how you can get your GUID.

-- For ET---

1. Start Game.

2. Open console using ~ key.

3. Type \clear and then \pb_myguid

4. Then type \condump myguid.txt

Close ET. Look in your etmain folder and you will file name myguid.txt. Open it and you will see your GUID in it.

For COD4.

1. Start Game.

2. Open console using ~ key.

3. Type \pb_myguid

4. Copy your GUID on paper and add it in your profile.

IMP NOTE: Make sure you don't miss any character or enter wrong one and if you do only you will not have admin level. :)

Steps to do this for COD4.

1. Go into F|A server, hardcore, killbox, or scrim.

2. Make sure the Console is enabled. Esc, Options, Game Options, Enable Console = yes

3. In game, hold Shift and push the ~ key (it is below Esc).

4. This brings up a cool window with some log output.

5. Type this into the window (without quotes) "/pb_myguid"

6. In that response of blue text, there is an 32 character sequence, write it down CORRECTLY!

8. Add that to your forum username link posted above.

added mine.

Just to clarify, do you want the 8 digit code from COD4 members, or the full 32 digit code?

Only asking because Duckie says 8 digit code, dare says 32.

Malo, he stated 32 bit code. 8 characters in hex = 32 characters in binary, or 32 bit.

Dare correct me if I'm wrong... But then I'm not sure what other guid there is.

+1. My typo error. It's 32 character GUID. Indeed it's in Hex since it's range is 0-9 and A-F. :)

Please submit full 32 character GUID. I need full 32 characters to lock your name on your GUID.

i.e. No one on server can use =F|A= Duckie except Duckie himself.

Thank you. :)

You can check 32 character GUID by doing /pb_myguid in console. :)

\pb_plist will show your last 8 characters.

wolfhunter done it!!!

Wrong. You added it on W:ET GUID rather then COD 4 one. Also, you added 8 rather then 32 character. :)

I have fixed it for you. :)
