For Microwave Transmission (satellite to satellite or ground SL to air.) For Radio Tower Transmission too. tube power!

Here is a dual-triode tube commonly used in AF stuff called a 12AX7.

I have some of these mullards. They're pretty sounding. So they are used to bring up voltage to any of these types of amplifying tubes.
