i have 90 acres in south east michigan that I hunt. Its nice. I got a doe during the bow season. I am getting out of work in about 2 hours to go for opening day of gun season. Time to see how my beretta xtrema 2 with the rifled barrel works out for me.

I believe another flaw in the system is how people use medical services in this country. I have been working in emergency services since 1999 as a firefighter, dispatcher and emt. I personally have had coworkers go to the emergency room for the common cold instead of using their primary care physician. For some reason they cannot figure out why the wait times in the ER are so long and why insurance rates are climbing. If they would just use their primary care like they are suppossed to than that would help reduce some cost. With an industry as large as medical insurance it is surprising to see there are no industry standards. Atleast none that are well advertised. In manufacturing you see ISO standards, in safety you see OSEH but for medical insurance who is the setting the standards? Another issue with the system is people are getting Medicare/Medicaid benefits who have not paid into the program or ever will. Many have paid into the program and are not able to recieve benefits until they are of retirement age. Well what about those who are unemployed and need some benefits for themselves and their family? I can say that the EMT's and Medics in the field get paid very little yearly and hourly. No different than your police and firemen. I have a great idea. Lets end lifetime health care for legislator's and their spouses. That would save MILLIONS yearly. Than we can look at their payscale and put them somewhere near the median level compairable to the average working family in this county. Once again saving MILLIONS. Here is my last idea (for the moment), lets give our troops in uniform a f***ing raise. Last time I checked those men and women are on the clock 24/7 in the sand box and not getting paid overtime or even a decent wage. Especially for all the stress and trauma they will end up going through. I am done for now.

Ok so i have xfire and some FA members as friends, I am going to add the clan to my list of friends when I get home from work. My question is pretty lame but How do I open my xfire ingame? Maybe the true old man in me is showing or I am missing something really obvious. Thanks in advance that_guy

I had my pistol with me in case I found him and he was suffering, but no dice. Atleast with some of the insurance money I can buy a new crossbow for this season.

On the hardcore server I got an error message. I dont know how to fix it but if I could tap some of your worldly knowledge that would be great. The error stays: "fastfile for zone "mp_crossfire" appears corrupt or unreadable. code 107" I googled it and could not find anything useful or understandable to me. Thanks, that_guy

Well the car is a total loss per the adjuster. Time to find a new car or truck.

Yup, full coverage but being without a vehicle while the car is either repaired or totalled out is the part that sucks. Apparently being a "Premier Customer" does not get you a free loaner or a decent price break on a loaner.

So after being forced to switch my schedule at work, a nice 6 or 8 point buck decided to use my car to commit suicide. As if it isn't bad enough he ruined my hood, headlight, corner light, bumper, fender, door, mirror, rocker molding, tire and screwed up the alingment. I spent the next 5 hours looking for him. So after being awake for 32 hours, I still had no nice sized buck to show for the totaled car and lack of sleep..... Story of my life.

Hi everyone, Just wanted to drop a quick note to everyone. I have been playing MW on the different servers since it came out and honestly FA has the best server and group of players I have seen. You guys/gals keep level headed and treat everyone fairly and have a great mindset for the game. A little about me I am 30, married with 4 kids. I work at a police department in Michigan. Outside of work I shoot at IDPA matches, hunt and once I finish my AR I will be shooting in 3 gun matches. I have a strong automotive background along with emergency services work so if you have any car, gun or looking into police/fire or ems work give me a shout. See ya in the game! that_guy

I have never tried a headset, maybe I will give that a try. I disabled the Steam ingame and that did not seem to make a difference. I will try and figure out the realtek thing. Not sure how but whats the worst that can happen!?!

My copy of the game is a CD/DVD. I got Steam when I loaded my CD of MW2.

So the message I get says "iw3mp.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." This only happens when loading the Wet Work map. Any ideas? I am not a computer person, I know how to turn it on look stuff up and play my game. Thats about it.

I'm stuck at work now. I will attempt to get the message and post it up. I know it is a kinda vague question.

Not sure what is going on with my PC but it will not load the Wet Work map. All other maps load fine. I cannot remember the message exactly but I will try to get the exact message. Any ideas?

Just my 2 cents, the MP 44 was great in the early COD games up against the M1 Garand and carbine but not so good against the AK and newer assault rifles.
