After the 2nd format it didn't work..but after about an hour, i quite desperatly started internet and it works, but i wonder how long will it... any advice is well accepted

Sorry for my post in ET problems, i noticed have a global connection problem. so here's it: for the second time, i suddently have slow connection. i mean, i usually have a 7 Mbit/s connection that always worked good. the problem is that it goes suddently to about 8-15 Kbit/s, and stay like that, and it's impossible to surf the net like that, it takes hours to open the white google screen ._. I do think it's a virus i caught, but antivirus (Avira Antivir) didn't found it even with full pc scan. the first time i had this problem, i solved it with a format of hd, but this time it seems don't working...reset pc/connection doesen't work. It's not isp or connection problem, cause now i'm on my 2nd pc (that really sucks and i can't play et) and it works well, but i think is pc problem. Anybody of you guys had this problems and knows how to solve it? sorry if i explained it bad, ask for every question that could help.. Thank u all Nik

Dunno why, this afternoon, while i was playing et with my normal ping around 80-90, i suddently had 999, and couldn't move or write anymore. I was !spec999 and then, since i thought it doesn't made sense to stay there in those condition, i tried to diconnect/reconnect. The problem is that since i disconnected from there, i can't enter anymore. when i try to enter the server there is the "awaiting connection..1" screen and even if i wait hours it doesn't connect. I tried to connect to other servers, and all FA work, exception made for ETPub, wich i never tried to connect before. My connection work as well as usual. I tried to restart Pc, diconnect/reconnect my router and even to delete Nq folder, with no results. so, anyone knows what's going on? Thank u for help Nik EDIT: the server looks totally down to me, for example in the little window with ET Starter pro, it says that it is offline, or if i look to ppl playing on Nq on Xfire, where it usually shows players on server atm, i only see "server doesn't respond to the information request"

ok, i write here cause i think that's the best place to discuss about it. today after lunch i sitted at pc to play on nq. I found the server populated by some bots and some players complaining about the lag that, i tried, made impossible to play properly. so i contacted medic (in the same time he was contacting me, cause he saw loads of ppl were leaving the server, he restarted the server and all went right, in an hour and half we had the same population as always. About 5 hours later i think, the server was full, 40 playing ppl. All of a sudden, this lag came back. unfortunately medic can't be avaliable all the time, he's not a robot (i think lol). 15 mins later, on the server there were more bots than players. there is some idea of what could that be? i mean, so we can tell "yeah, we got this problem on these days, but it will soon be fixed"... in the last week we lost loads of popularity and players, due to the "big reset" that erased all xps, and some players tht play for "rating&exp" left, and now for this lame lag, wich annoy the most part of players. yeah, thanks to medi i solved my problmes: firewall was blocking the problem, i think fw changed radically after my format of hd copule of weeks ago, and i forgot to insert et in the fw exceptions. thank u very much medic <3 ya
