Cause if he comes and ask for the proof and we don't have it, we will look stupid and we have to unban him(if we ban someone). I'm sure he got banned on CSGO for hacking, since the engine is same, some tweaks to the hacks can convert it in the INS hacks, but as said, no proof=no action.
