Hi just a quick one, server's can be full but some players do check /scores in console before they join but and get kicked for being inactive before they get into a team, can we please get atleast a 60 seconds period for players to join the game thanks.

I dont think u will get kicked, if ur in spec .. if i understand ur ? correct .. atleast in Jaymod

When server is full:

 

People that is AFK ingame is moved to spectator.

People that is AFK in spectator gets kicked due to inactivity.

 

In Jaymod you can avoid this by either getting VIP or admin level, in Silent an admin has to use Shoutcaster mode.

Although I've seen some VIPs claiming that they were still getting kicked even after getting their levels, dunno if this was fixed already.

VIP is supposed to the prevent inactivity kick, but it doesn't. And the time it takes to get kicked is so short, many times I get kicked as my CFG is loading, before I even get a chance to join a team. AFK kick is a longer waiting time than inactivity kick

I think 2-3 minutes is reasonable. Some people log in and go take a leak/ grab a soda etc.

Try to join the server when its like near to full..you only get like 10 seconds before the server kicks you. give a player the chance to check scores and so not be Accused of stacking eh?.....extend it to 50 seconds atleast.

Exactly my point. I join, exec .cfg and when vid restarts, I'm kicked for inactivity, but I Can sit AFK in spawn for about a minute before I get kicked. I think the AFK is wasting a slot more than the guy in spec who just joined
