so when i use your config and ET restarts i get an error "Could not load GL subsystem"

im going to post some screenshots of what i see when i put it to 1920 1080

You could also check the maximum resolutions of your monitor and  your video card, just to be sure.

A friend had this same issue and he had scaling set to 150% in win 10 it may even be the default setting here is how to change it try this

 

 

Open the control panel (Start menu, search for 'Control panel')

Select 'Appearance and Personalization'

Select 'Display'

Check 'Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays'

Check 100% scaling, apply and follow the instructions

i literally tried everything under the sun. its going on 3 weeks that i couldnt get it. your solution finally worked for me! i now have 1920X1080!

so it looks like under the display settings the scaling on windows 10 for all "apps" is 125%. Which if your using chrome or outlook you wont notice until you open a program like ET in 1920x1080.
