It would be great if any admin that has an issue with me would pm me and let me know the problem.  I've had my level 4 removed twice now in the  last 2 weeks with no warning and no pm explaining why.  Its getting tiresome trying to guess what I did wrong, but after 4 years on the server I think that I at least deserve an explaination. If I pissed off a high enough admin that has the ability to level people, I would expect at least some communication from them.  I m really at the point of leaving the server all together.  Not that it really would matter but I figured Id at least try to find out why, and perhaps why they wanted to do it without even a word to me about it.

1. I countless times caught your disinterest for balanced teams in joining the strongest team, either by a large difference of players either by skill. I removed a 1st time your level, which you got back prolly set by a 17+. I removed it again few days ago and made sure you don't get it back in changing your level in your profile this time. I already notified you to look at teams.. But you prefer arguing with random excuses than move to help with teams. Sometimes even leaving the server if you don't play in the team you want.

 

2. levels are not a due for years playing on our server(s). They're given for having showed a fair attitude and a great reliability.

 

4. level 4 is specific to applicant.

 

 

Here again, you get the things explained.. The only difference is that I'm not undercover.

Wow--I respectfully disagree that any of this happened.  At least with me.  There was another shogun imposter running around the server that DF Fighter can verify.  I haven't seen you on the server in a long time and I certainly haven't had any conversation like that, with you or any admin or player, either recently or anytime in the last 4 years  Ive never been contacted either on server or on the forums about this.  I purposefully join the team with the fewest players.  Iam actually stunned and would ask someone to review the logs for this conversation between us.  I honestly thnk you have the wrong man.  I can tell you I have NEVER argued with an admin.  Never.

I don't recognize any of those undercover names you posted, but I would certainly remember any conversation on the server with an admin of that nature.  When DF and I saw that shogun imposter he tried to get his guid but he disconnected too quickly.  I have no reason to lie.  I don't think you do either, I honestly think you were observing and communicating with another player, I'm guessing the same imposter,  He used the same screen name and colors. Was I connected to the server when you leveled me down?

oh, and I never asked for level 4, it was given to me after I stepped down from being a trial member (voluntarily).  But while I had it, I never abused it.  ever.  Nor was I ever coached or counseled on its use because I was doing something wrong.  I have tried to participate here as much as a 58 year old dude can, and try to donate from time to time.  I have no reason to piss off you or any other admin with stupid behavior like you are describing.  It just wasn't me.

I can confirm that there was a 2nd shogun exactly same name and colors walter noted it to me and I saw it myself too 

 

august 31 just before 7pm my time this other shogun was there too in jay3 and it was the same day walter noted me about it

A 2nd, a 3rd or even a dozen of Shoguns doesn't matter.. Each time stacking was noticed, !listplayer showed a level 4 and the guid leads to your profile here.. So unless, you shared your guid there's no chance it was this "second Shogun".

 

but since you seem asking for proofs, here a little example:

 

This ain't new, it's like this since months and I many times turned blind eye on your behaviour, but there's a limit. Done on purpose or inattention, if you stack or even don't look at teams while playing\joining, there's no point to give you a level 4.

But that is a secondary point.  I have always followed the rules for years here.  I have loved playing on the server, which is why I stayed, even with my plus 200 ping.  I have never stacked teams, and never deliberately ignored unbalanced teams.  With my arthritis and refusal to use adren I already am at a disadvantage--Iam not exactly a player out to do the most kills, many times I am the worst.  I have seen plenty of examples of unbalanced teams that likely just weren't noticed at the time by regular admins showing their tags--mistakes like that will happen, I'm not going to freak out about those either.  You say you discussed this with me "countless" times.  I have no memory of even one time ANY admin contacted me either on the server or on the forums with a problem with my behavior.  I hope maybe some players here who know me on the beginner server would step up and back me up on this.  Iam at least grateful for DF Fighter for at least confirming the shogun impersonator we both saw a few weeks ago.  I am confident enough in my own personal integrity to know my memory is not that bad.  As a former ET clan owner myself years ago (Google Clan), I know how hard it is to keep things honest and even--but I also knew that it was only a matter of good sense to at least try to contact a player, esp if they are on the forums to either coach them or reprimand them, not just demote their level in the dark of night. If someone had done this right away, I might have been able to prove more easily that who you were seeing wasn't me. That's only common courtesy and good clan practice.  Some players aren't very active, and you cant find them, but as a donator, former trial member and active player for 4 years, someone who keeps getting asked by other clan members to reapply for trial.  I was at least owed that much.  I will go find somewhere else to play.  I wish everyone here much luck. Iam sorry I have to leave because of such a misunderstanding and server identity issues.  I do not blame you, I just wish things had been handled differently, this might have been avoided.

for the rest, don't say you didn't get any reminder\warning.. even here you got one in a topic you yourself started about such an issue.

 

There's many members with shuffle command on Jay3. It's just and often not the best command to use. Plus there's some conditions with the use of shuffle and not a magic stick you can use at every half session of maps.

 

 

Also, if I'm not wrong you're the Shogun playing with orange color aka Walter Mitty former trial member. 2 or 3 times, I already had to put you Shogun you too and you left straight the server. I maybe even removed your level 4 on Jay3 after that if I'm still not wrong. That's why I have to be everyday undercover on server. People tends to complain when their fun is affected but not when they're affecting the fun of others. Not saying you're a bad guy. But Crazy is not the worst stacker too.. He often stays if put in the opposite team. Good will from everyone could be much more of a help than the shuffle command for level 12 members. ah, just found it--I never saw that post, if I had, I would have responded to it then.  Ive never had level 4 on jay 3.  Im not even sure if Ive even played on that server.  If I did, it would have only been because there was an issue with my reg server.  I sure wish Id seen that post---whoever you were dealing with then wasn't me.  Its all water under the bridge now---but I can say Ive never argued with you or anyone on the server about my behavior, and Ive always tried to be respectful here on the forums as well.  Im too damn old to act like a kid anymore, lol.

anyway, thanks for pointing that post out, it would have been a good opportunity to clear my name back then.  Sadly I wont get that chance.  Hopefully you'll catch the guy that really was doing it.  The guid has always shown on my forum screen so I have no way to know what others see, only what I see.

Take care.  It's Sad that after this much time I have to leave, but being accused of stacking is the same as being accused of cheating.  Now Iam accused of lying about arguing with an admin on the server and ducking out.  That's just not me and I'd just as soon start fresh somewhere and hope the same thing doesn't happen to me again.  I'll try to log on to the server once more tonight to say goodbye to a few folks there that Ive been playing with a long time--hope that's ok.

Whatever your certainties\affirmations, each time facts catch you again.

 

Would have been so simple to say "ok, I'm sorry.. I might have messed up somewhere and wanted to play in my fav team (axis) sometimes while the other team needed help". I was even ready to give one more chance like I was discussing with some members on server few hours ago. But the way you deny the facts one by one, makes me think than the situation won't be better in the future anyway. So leave or stay, "threats" won't change anything. But if you ever decide to play on our server(s), til I see a real change, I will consider you're not worthy of trust for lvls.
