You need to dry your tears off from the mousepad everytime I kill you ingame and you do fine then

 

Seriously like Destiny said, try clean the sensor. When I eat candy while playing, some sugar might drop on mausepad and I realize soon I am shooting the birds in the sky...

Finding a mouse comfortable and that works well for you is always a good idea.

 

My settings are.

seta sensitivity "1.3"
seta m_pitch 0.019
seta m_yaw "0.022"
seta m_forward "0.25"
seta m_side "0.25"
seta m_filter "0"
seta cl_mouseAccel "0"
seta m_filter "0"

bind mouse2 "+attack2"

Mouse is set to 1800dpi

Acceleration off in Windows with the default sensitivity

 

Also use this to change m_pitch when shooting, gives me a bit more control than I used to have while shooting but I can still look up and down easily when not

set pitchlow "+attack;m_pitch 0.012;set vstr pitchhigh"
set pitchhigh "-attack;m_pitch 0.019;set vstr pitchlow"
bind mouse1 "+vstr pitchlow pitchhigh"

short update: i couldn't find my deathadder but   i changed some of the settings and i shoot like a young god now

my mouse has a laser on the bottom and not a ball. i hate when the ball gets stuck and doesnt roll. its an optical mouse as well

ah i wanted to delete my post not relating to anything though but i didn't get bladez sentence as well

anyway its working now much better . dunno why but yaw speed was a lot in cfg changed it to 0.

140 for yawspeed and pitchspeed if I'm not wrong.. That's the default setting on our servers and maybe other public servers too. On Etpro the setting is forced onto 0 if I remember well.. This might explain that. I can't play\aim properly me too with the latter set else than 0.
