Interesting. The SS is of IP.Board. Only happens in IP.Board theme.

 

oh wait... IP.Board and Carbon Blue theme.

ah IP Board. theme. Yes that appears to be broken (and carbbon) (though in FF i dont see that broekn icon, i just see zilch lol)

yeah browsers can handle 404 errors on images differently.
