Yep..as time past if I came across a Buffalo head nickel or a mercury dime or kennedy coin or something out of circulation I would keep it..some stuff I have was my mom's..I never bought any ingots or collector series stuff or any other ones...I haven't look at them in years...they are in binders..what do you have?

When I was a teenager I was into coin collecting.  Some of the items were good, others were interesting, and some just crap.  My wife even has a few of them saved still from that era.  Now, I invest in gold and silver coins, but they are for, well, investing purposes rather than collectability value.  Still, it is a neat hobby for those that have the time and inclination.

Yes i also buy gold and silver. I collect rare coins and currency like that one cent in the picture lol does anyone know how much that is worth?

A $30 Confederate States of America certificate. 

$2 bills.

A bag of Mercury Dimes

Franklin Silver Halves

A JFK $.50 piece with silver content
