Punkbuster button doesn't work

Download pbsvc.exe from evenbalance.com: PunkBuster Service Installer (pbsvc):

I did it, everything was OK besides firewall I think which was NO.

Could You add PnkBstrA + PnkBstrB to Firewall Exceptions?

They're in Windows\system32.

Did You try adding Punkbuster commands to config?

Open Windows Notepad, Add these commands:

pb_cl_enable
cl_punkbuster "1"

File(Tab), Save as

File Name: autoexec.cfg(not .txt)

Save as type: All Files

Save(In My Documents), Then move to etmain.

My Punkbuster wouldn't enable and config fixed it.

this is a PB installer that I always keep as fix on my pc when I don't want to uninstall the whole ET+PB.

 

ET_PBSetup.rar

 

-uninstall PB through Windows

-use and run CCleaner (free)

-perform a standard cleaning+registry cleaning

-reboot your pc

-and then use the ET_PBSetup above.

As I said, I reinstalled ET and it helped.
