Then, notice that the server is filled with many players, when this happens is normal FPS their fall a little, rest assured it isn't a problem on your computer, this is completely normal!

True. I was on early this morning, only 20 players and had 125 steady.

It's cus ET servers are horrible and cant support large amount of players regardless of the host and regardless if your pc+net are top notch, welcome to ET.

I noticed that silent servers cope much better with large ammount of players but Jaymods are well suited for 64 slot servers.

Also you had in your cfg mostly lowest settings avaliable so, you could try decreasing your max_fps to around 71 or even 60. You will still have smooth game but pc/laptop should cope with so many players much better.

(less frames to render -> less strain on processor -> it wont overheat that much or you will have longer time periods with stable fps.

I'll try that. I always just used 125, but this might work well

You can try overclocking using Evga. It's not half as dangerous as people like to make the rest believe; Evga will kill itself if your PC hits too high a temperature.
