Do you have another video cable ? DVI or HDMI if you use DVI.

Is your power cable still connected to your card?

Can you boot in (safe) VGA mode ?

Do you have another video card to try?

Had the same video card and experienced the same. In my case i had to replace the video card.

Yeah, chances are high that it is a hardware problem...

What you can try is to switch graphic card slots:

- shutdown the pc and open it up

- take out the graphics card

- clean it (careful)

- put it back into a different slot (if you have one)

after that, if it is not better, test your memory:

- Take out all memory sticks out but one.

- Start the computer and try if it shows a signal.

- If not, take the one out you just tested and test the other ones.

If the system runs more stable and shows a screen with one of the memory sticks, the one you hold in your hands has an issue.

These are tests you can run yourself without investing $$$

It's probably been asked, but oh well. This sounds a lot like a hardware problem. You may want to try and plug in a different screen in your desktop; and a different desktop for your screen. See which one is at fault.

It's quite likely that your cable is involved. Those are generally the first thing that are at fault with hardware issues.

/e It is unlikely that your video card is involved - Even without one, you should be able to view things on your screen (Your hardware looks like it could have integrated graphics). It just won't be very.. graphical. Haha.

I've had this happen. Disconnect one of your monitors. The other one should pop on, then reconnect the 2nd one

So after a little while ^^ i payed someone to examine the computer and tell em whats wrong. He says the cpu and motherboard are broken. Now i dont want to spend too much money on it so i could:

Buy the same cpu for 160 euros

https://www.4launch.nl/product/91913/AMD-Phenom-II-X6-1090T-3.20GHz-6MB-AM3-Black-Box-

And the same Motherboard for 95 euros:

Or can i get better stuff for the same price?

I use my computer for ET and graphic design.
