There are two methods to do it.
 
I pasted your link into a browser and Youtube changed it into the one below.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UHhdu2LEMOA

When I just copy and paste that onto this page, I get:



It looks like you got your link from the video's "share" box.
https://youtu.be/UHhdu2LEMOA

You can then use the "Special BBCode" button, choose "media" from the menu and paste that link into the resulting box.  The BBcode button is in the red-box in the image below.  The red arrow shows the code that it places before and after the "share link" 

[media] address [/media]  (you can just type in the codes yourself)
