Hey guys.

My dad's friend offered me those for now..

Who you think is better ?

The Lenovo is i5 core, the HP is i7.

Lenovo is 4GB RAM, the HP is 2GB

Both can have 500 GB hard disk.

so ?

Edit:

(Can i add RAM For a laptop ?), I want to have 8GB in the HP.

(Can I add another Hard Disk ?) I want to put SSD one.

ThinkPad. Especially since it's a T series... that thing is built to survive a nuclear apocalypse.

Another vote for the Lenovo.

Very easy to add ram/switch out hard drives.

They have great keyboards too.

Yes you can put in an SSD, but be prepared to shell out $$$ for anything with a decent capacity (256+ GB).

I know with my Thinkpad I can take out the optical drive and put in a second HD (non-boot), so that might be the best for you. (SSD in HD roll cage, HDD in optical drive bay)

And yes, you would be able to add RAM to either one. AFAIK they both take DDR2... probably 6400. Maybe 5300... dunno. Make sure that you install the same brand and size so that you can use Dual-Channel Mode, which increases performance tenfold.

Actually they both take DDR3 5400, but I wont by any of them now.

They both are like buisness notebook laptop, so I will wait unitl he will have better gaming laptop or pc.

Thanks anyway guys :)
