Any of you guys do protein powder, protein shakes, protein bars etc. I work out - but not as much as I would want to. One and a half more years and I'll be 18, and when this happens I'll be weight training everyday. For now I'm just chilled, gaining mass (through natural foods) that I'll sculpt into muscle later.

I do,because it's fastest way and easiest.I was eating foodstuffs with proteins etc. but it's way cheaper and easier by powder.

You may have a point Husa :hmm ... But I don't know; it seems kinda risky to bombard one's kidneys with lots of protein

I am 17 atm, 18 in august.

I am using wweight gainer, it's called 'Mutant Mass" (6800g bag).

It;s a good way if you want to have more muscles or mass. ;)
