Vanaraud
Don´t wanna ruin your fun, but going through specs of different fans from different price categories, I discovered that fans which make low noise, work at low speeds and thus have low airflow and vice versa. The difference might come from build quality, sturdier design, better quality materials etc so it won´t start vibrating. More important would be to connect all fans to regulator so you could set them to min rpm when surfing net and make it extra quiet and under heavy load turn speeds up. Well just my 2 cents... Daliger
Well, the that fan ^^^ isn't like, silent. It's 29.7 dba, which is.... Well look at this here Plus, Notcua are known for making fantastic fans that balance air flow and noise level. Which is why I went with them. I mean, it's not hard to upgrade from what I have now. Some stock fans that came with the case.. Nothing special. And yeah, I am going to have a fan curve set up and whatnot, regulating my fan speeds

Low speed doesn't necessarily mean low airflow. It would also depend on the blade design.

Well I was more refferring to specs on paper- that 25$ and 10$ fans all look the same on manufacturers data sheet. But saw lately a review of fans and rpm to noise correlation still holds somewhat, but there is huge difference in cooling performance: some high end Noiseblocker did 10C better in tests. Makes sense.
