I loss my EXP

Hello guys ^_^

Yesterday, i entered jaymoud 3 i find my exp 150 at 11 AM  :o
I do not have any idea why it loss. 
Not redownload the game  
I am active in order to avoid loss automatical  :wacko:

pls help me  :unsure:

Is it mass XP reset? f*** I haven't set up auto back ups for jay3... as of yet after server upgrade... if thats the case then all are screwed!

Is only your XP gone or everyone too?

Nobody complained in game so far except him from the past 3 hours. Mine's intact including other players that I know.
