Are there any current members playing this? I was looking to reinstall and play again.

WE NEED TO DO THIS!! Insurgency is one of my favorite shooters, very realistic, no bullet counter, reloading doesn't put bullets into a number, if you have 16 bullets in a mag, and you reload, there will be a mag with  16 bullets in it. Realistic shots-to-kill. Just over-all awesome. 

 

So you guys recommend this "insurgency" game then? I've heard some about it, haven't decided on it yet though.

I haven't gotten a chance to play it yet, but it's apparently really well built. A lot of people have said it has some of the most realistic gun sounds on the market. The dusty effects are pretty kick ass too.

 

It looks like a CS type game. Hopefully with less shitty "sniper"rifle use lol

I recommend it HIGHLY, to anyone with 15 dollars. The Co-op mode is best, i dont really like the versus that much, but they are both really good fun

Uh, are yah referring to WaW? Or Insurgency.

 

 

EDIT: Nevermind, i'm sure you're talking about WaW, as you're the one who started this topic. I'll look into it. I think when I reinstalled it, I had the same issue. Don't remember what I did though

 

What OS are you running? And which part of the game, if not both, won't start (Singleplayer/Multiplayer)

Windows 7. Neither will fire up. The screen goes black and the leave a black box on about 65% of the screen. I have restarted steam and just restarted cpu

Well considering that we can't even get a change in map rotation on Beginners or Abner updated to version 1.7 I'm going to say you'd be better off renting the server yourself. That way YOU have control of the server.

 

You can get a 30 player public server for about $30/month, I'd be willing to help out and I'm sure others would too...

Enough of the negative comments about the damn rotation. The more and more people complain about about it the longer it will take. Also, I would not go outside the clan and start a server, The leaders I am sure would discuss it among themselves and let us know.

How is Black Ops doing on PC?

 

I only ask because I know for a fact that this game is available on Apple's Macbook Application store, so many of us members who do play on Mac would have convenient access to the game.

 

 

I have Call of Duty 2 as well, uninstalled though. It is a lot of fun to play, although the MP is pretty much COD4 with some different (yet some of the best) maps and WWII weapons. Terrific game, and the Single Player is a lot of fun to play through.  As a plus, it is available on the Mac App store as well.
