Replace 1944 Beach on Jay3

Heya, other players along with myself have been getting a little tired of the current rotation, and I've noticed that Beach is the most common map for players to move to spec/disconnect.

I like the older maps so I'm thinking it should be replaced with Radar.

Also, I'd love to see UJE00 on rotation :D
