Server:FUN 1 Topic: 5min Rush delay

I looked at the Rules in the Wiki and there is this:

Their is no rush rule on this server as of now.

 

But every time when a map is done in less than 5 minutes like Seawall Battery,

then people get informed with the "!rush" command that they have to wait for 5 minutes to do objectives

and they get "!warn"-ed for the rush...

 

So to make it clear is there a delay and rush rule or is there none?

 

If not then it is best to remove the !rush command and if there is a rush rule, then add it to the wiki please.

Rules say that we have no rush rule in Fun1!!

 

Fun1 Specific Rules!!

1. Their is no rush rule on this server as of now.
2. TJ is allowed to complete the objective after 5 minutes.
3. Talking in other languages little more then other servers is allowed.

Thing is, he has a good point that there is a command for it and that admins use it.

If you ask me what the actual rule at this moment is, I would say: no rush.

Why? Because admins check their commands more than they check the wiki, thus the command determines the applied rule.

 

So you are right, this is a flaw in our rules.

If someone points out which one is correct, I could make a topic on tracker to change the wrong one

Rule is just changed to rush is allowed in Fun1. I think some will take that !rush command out! Btw. How its HC there rush is allowed but i cant remember if there that !rush cmd too?

In HC !rush command says it's allowed complete map as fast as you can or something like that.

Hmmm command !rush has one good sentence. "Rush is allowed after 5mins .... BUT LET PLAYERS ENJOY THE MAP" so why do you want to rush? If this map was chosen it means that players like this map and rush isn't anything fun. Personally, sometimes I use this command to say that it is allowed but often it's just no fun.

 

So I think we can change this command to "Rush is ALLOWED, but let players enjoy the map"
