h3ll Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Just a thought : You may want to implement a system as i had done in the past if a server went down the members of what ever clan could send an email and in turn you would receive an alert message via smart phone gmail to who ever or how ever many you designate as server admins who would have access to actually restart your specific server. You can surely see how quickly many problems can be dealt with but on the same token, you would need to be clear and able to trust who ever with actual back end of cpanel. Sincerely h3ll 1 Quote

I found the best solution was to have admins (ppl you know can handle the responsibility) and would designate them servers as their responsibility. You might want to also think of crisscrossing your head admins (server side cpanel) across the heavy load times of your servers. That way, either euro or u.s. load times would be covered as you would have admins who could log in via smart phones and simply hard restart the server from cpanel. Quote
