My LEET shake..

So I decided to make a shake, and the calorie count turned out to be awesome.

  • 500ml Whole-Milk (4% Fat) - 320calories
  • 1 large banana - 155calories
  • 4tbsp / 65g peanut butter - 406calories
  • 1cup / 80g rolled oats - 304calories
  • 50g honey - 152calories

Total: 1337 calories (lol).

With a total of LEET, I must be doing something right.

Downside to this: it's too much for a single pint class - I will tweak it over time until it fits perfectly into a pint glass :P

Tastes good too!

Okay I've adjusted the volumes to get a perfect pint of it this time.. And only sacrificed about 135 calories!

  • 250ml (1cup) whole milk
  • 1 large banana
  • 80g (5tbsp) peanut butter
  • 50g (just over half a cup) rolled oats
  • 50g honey (not sure on other measurements because it's solidified honey not runny, so hard to gauge other than weighing).

All-in, it comes to just under 1,200 calories with 140g carbs, 55g fat, and 35g protein.  And it's even nicer than the last one! ^_^ Add some high grade whey protein and this would be a killer shake for bulking :P

Haha! Gonna start adding 50g whey protein powder because I'm always about 40-50g below my protein intake -.-

Holy crap. What is your daily intake?

I hear soylent is low carb, high protein. An Atkins diet special.
