FFS When Connecting / Joining Allies or Axis

Guys and Girls before you even join or for the love of god of what ever you believe in, please take a look at how balanced teams are and then decide. Ive seen within here and many other forums over  decades the same old thing. New guys complaining about being moved or being put in spec or what ever. The fact is, if you know you are a skilled player then why the hell would you join a team that obviously has an xp adnvantage or skill level ?

 

So before freaking out..simply take  a cold hard look at yourself and your skill level and then decide. Its really that simple !

Here's another way of deciding to join a team. Bring down your console and type in /scores, then join the weaker team if its possible.

I guess even that is hard. I mean you know who the good players are, but yet, they almost always join the stronger team instead of joining the weaker team... kinda sad i see that happening way to many times.

its been happening since ET came out.

 

it is inevitable that a strong player looking to get some quick kills in will select the stronger side. he keeps his kr nice and high and he has the support of his also strong teammates. rarely does a strong pub-crawler decide on the weaker team, and why would he/she? they're usually only there for a few maps so why would they care?

Fair point. But I can understand Hell's frustration. Sometimes Im on late at night and there are no admins around. So it usually gets unbalanced easily.

Yeah totally agree with the above. Frustrating when i come on the server and find that there is an 8kd difference with non-cooperative players who don't move when asked. Just have to wait till an admin comes on unfortunately to fix this.

Obviously everyone or those who would like to contribute to a casual and fun server do seem to agree, sadly its the majority who fail to understand that its a community effort and community members that make a server fun to play on and popular. Once again, its a team effort...nothing more nothing less...!

I join whatever team is down 1. Or if they are even, I join the defending side because I prefer to defend then attack. But if I get asked to move by an FA member, I usually do. I'm usually pretty drunk when I play ET also.
