Evening teams Idea.

If a shuffles is made in the begin of mal, the teams will be even. In Nq3, nobody want to leave the team with the best players. :/

We have auto shuffle every 2 maps on Hardcore, and it still doesn't fix the problem.

 

After a shuffle, people try to switch teams, and do whatever they want anyways.

try to do the best you can to help fixing teams...

example:if you are on the strogest team...team kill the highest kd ...and maybe the second highest too

oreo please half the time i log on the server your one of the ones on the stacked/stronger team dont come complain people wont change teams when your half the problem only time you seem to move is when there are admins present sorry to be harsh but thats what i see and have been told by others.

Do you mean xp shuffles?.. They will solve nothing. The only effective way to keep teams even is to teach players do it themselves. Admins have to make people watch and check the teams before they join and make them do it every time, even if there are no admins on the server. (Once I was taught to do it by them and now I don't need any shuffles to do everything I can to keep teams balanced.) 

Moreover xps show nothing but how long does one play on this server... It's quite hard to tell about player's skills according to his xps.

Keeping fair teams is a problem on fun#1 aswell. When an admin is around there is no problem at all, when they

leave it's a free for all or something. Teams will be unfair in 10 sec (not litterly). A problem that has been on ET

since i started playing, and Always will be. Asking friendly, hoping they will fix teams is the only way to solve it!

D..X, look When I swap team. I want to play fair, I Check team before Join and When I'm alone in the server, I can cause Nobody play.

When a player connect and Join the sale team, i go to the ôther team to évén.

I'm confused. Most any server has this issue. Bots tend to aggregate to the same team.

Now, if Orea really wanted to switch team in this situation, he wouldn't be able to because he can't switch teams without the !put command.

I think we develop the "eye" for teams better after we become admins.  I don't rest much while dead and waiting for respawn, and I suspect the same is true of most other Fa admins.

Not in the case of NQ3. On NQ3 when teams aren't 6 vs 6 bots automatically even it. So player has to join spectators first and then he can freely join allies or axis, whatever he wants.

NQ #3 initi screen issue should be resolved.

 

Bots lowered to 6 vs 6. U wouldn't be able to put them in spec anymore since its 6 vs 6.

 

Let me know if their is still any more issues.

I am used to think that if someone wants something be changed, he has to start with himself.

In the situation you can see in the screenshot attached below it was enough just to join spectators in order to even teams, if you don't like playing axis.
