Based on a report from Scottish newspaper The Scotsman, Rockstar’s upcoming open-world game Grand Theft Auto V was made on a marketing and development budget of Â£170 million (or $265 million).

would be a waste of money if they dont release it to the pc community, yeah sure it might get pirated but the majority of the people will buy the game anyways becouse it is this highly anticipated!
