I felt like this movie would never get started, then it got worse, then it finally ended.

I would never rent this movie.  It should be listed on the top 10 worst movies ever made.

I thought it was really good. I think it was kind of billed as an action movie but its really a gritty drama about greed and politics. The cinematography during the dope scene and when Ray Liotta bites it were incredible. 8/10 would see again.
