I have been banned...

So this eveing when I logged onto Abner I got the first screenshot attached (PB).  Then I tried again after a minute and it said server disconnected.  So what do I do next, well I try a third time and I get the second screenshot (Ummm).  It seems as though I have been banned from Abnerdog. 

 

I have seen this message below while in game for players that try to enter.  IT would state that the person was kicked for needing to update PB and then followed with the player has been kicked due to a previous ban. 

 

If this is what the server is doing to many players, it certainly is not making it fun for them to play on.  So I ask what do I do?  Do I wait until the ban is lifted, with the possibility of being banned again (I have updated PB)? Or do I just quit playing on that server?

 

Please advise to this situation.  Plus I was unsure where to post this so I posted it here.

They are aware of the little riot of few of the banned, they are still investigating the case, be patient!

Im not raising any concerns. Patience I have. I don't fear because I know I wasn't cheating.

In reading the forum link that was posted, I feel as though PB is doing little for these players. Its disheartening to lose what I have so hard worked for due to the follies and errors of someone out there in the world. But I understand that PB is like any business and when things become busy it is best for their press and constituents to issue simple statements to buy themselves time to work on the situation at hand. If indeed they cannot clear any players due to this aimbot, then so be it. I am willing to wait and see the results. As I have stated earlier I am not guilty as charged and need not spend much time trying to defend myself. I appreciate the concern shown and hope the best for not just me but those others caught in this violation.

Here is my suggestion:

 

With whatever happened when you got busted... do it again:

 

Example: With same applications and processes in your PC.. try to join another PB enabled server. See if you get banned again.. and record it all... using some desktop recording software. Once done post the video publicly or send it to EB. 

 

It happened to me same years back for ET but i was able to reproduce the violation on the will and then EB lifted that violation number. It would also help if you can tell:

 

What's your OS

GPU Driver

What applications you where running at the time you got busted.

Okay.  Will do.  I sent this all to Taz last night, the process to setting up my computer and getting to the point of ban.  He mentioned that two of the programs were okay, but I will work on it tonight with a video recording.  I gave PB the OS, but not the driver, because I never remember this techy stuff.

One thought I had, what if someone on COD collected GUIDs from visitors to their server like what happened in ET recently? Of course this would only apply if you played on other servers...

Sounds good.  I do play on other servers once in a while, but not often.  I do have et and might just do that. However I will have to probably create a new profile, because the only one I have iis with tags.  And I cannot wear those right now.

Midnight, Are you using a Razer mouse by any chance? There may be an issue with Razer mouse drivers and PB. Let me know.

No I think it's a Logitech. I don't know if this helps but the PC is new. Also if I go to record to a PB server, how will it help. It automatically(within a few minutes) ban me.

Okay, did you or do you have any Roccat mouse drivers installed?

No I do not.

 

So I downloaded an opensource screen recorder, CamStudio, and it will let me record and do audio just fine.  However when I want to save it it will not save the audio and video files together, as one thing.  Also I have tried to play the file, .wav, and it won't pla for me.  Do you know of any recording programs that work or what I am doing wrong?

So I used it and everything shows except the COD4 part, which is just a black screen.  It works for when I open up the internet, so I wil have to figure this out.
