I have seen those toilets before.  You put your hands on the shelves and hold yourself up while you go.

Cuts down on using toilet seat covers and is supposed to be more hygienic.  BUT  did you notice

there is no toilet paper either.  You bring your own.

I think that those are squat-urinals for women.

 

#23, I don't see what's wrong, unless he has his hand over the end of the barrel and can't see if it's clean or not.
