Then few opinions will change Don't dare to do that, last time you tried to update NQ1 the whole server collapsed if I remember correct But I only play NQ, can't stand jay and even less silent. NoGooD Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 I really like NQ 1.2.9 B6, but I feel 1.2.3 was their most stable, smoothest running release to date. I like alot of the options Jay had, and it gave the game a distinct feel, but it's always been the easiest mod to hack IMO. Silent is just plain awesome from the start. It's had some growning pains, but they've always been taken care of in a timely fashion. I think the admin based focus from the start of development was a brilliant move over adding a ton of features to the game. Overall, I like the ability to select the different mods based upon what I'm feeling like playing ATM Quote

You can suggest changes/additions. I GUARANTEE Silent can be made to offer the same/similar settings as both mods, without all the bugs and problems I see posted on a weekly basis. Look at how far Silent has come... It's obvious the development team knows what they're doing. Trust them. PLEASE! Silent > ETPub Silent > NQ Silent > Jaymod Silent > Nitmod Enough said. 1 Quote

And you can't jump while no stamina (well that was my experience on the server I tested it on) and the GUI is stupid NQ is perfect for me, the way playdead, double jump, ... works. Hell, even the shotgun bug in 1.2.3 is hilarious (fixed in later version of NQ btw) All experience with Jay and Silent has been negative for me I'm not saying Silent isn't a good mod and that the devs aren't awesome for spending their time on it. It just isn't for me, unless it becomes well a clone of NQ (total gameplay wise, obvious). Quote
