Foods that everybody could not eat, like my pretty mild country bay exotic snacks such as:

 

Isaw - barbequed chicken intestines

Tainga ng baboy - Spicy Pork Ears

and last but not the least

combined with brandy on the rocks :) or scotch whisky .

They're cook! And the look differs on how "developed" the chick is. I prefer them more "egglike" the almost developed "balut" also creeps me out lol but it's really delicious and good for your health.

Yep, cooked via water-steamed temperature at certain time period, not like boiled egg. Folk lores are saying that they're a good natural alternative for v1@gr@ lol.

Rattlesnake,head pudding(you cook all the head parts ie: eyes,brains, tongue, you get it. cook it down to a pudding), bone marrow pie with gravy and rocky mountain oysters aka bull balls
