If u have the game you should be able to torrent an iso (mirror copy) of the install disk and use your CD key. I believe with WoW you could also download the game after you got your account setup on Blizzards website. Not sure about Diablo. Quote

Go on Blizzard website, make a battlenet account , enter your Diablo 3 CD key and download the client. Quote
