I download my music most of the time, but still, when I find an artist that I really like I buy a CD of them.

Just so I have something official and touchable.

I prefer buying but sometimes I download, this depends on finances.....

goverments and laws should try to keep up with tecnology....

I only buy a CD if i really like the band. If i just want a song that is alright but i don't like the artist, i'll just download it. Makes sense doesn't it? And i'm not going to pay 25 euros for a CD.

It is really up to you if you want to buy music legally or to just download it from the internet for free. Free downloads can never stop since there are so many people uploading it. In our country, one government official was caught buying pirated dvds, music, etc xD.

 

But personally, if it is the music that I really like, I might just buy it instead of getting it for free :)

I support downloading music. If people want to support artists they can just buy stuff from that artist.

In the netherlands it is indeed legal to download for free for personal use, when you going to sell it, it becomes illegal.

 

The only problem is that sometimes it is hard to find the music you want for free.

 

Maybe if they lower there prices for cd's and tracks more people will buy them, certainly in these times of recession.
