In the first photo you can see quite clearly, is normal when a baby has reached an age when breastfeeding ends.

 

When a mother has nurshing ended and the child is taught to suck his mother is very hard to stop him. So as you can see 'parents' have found a solution to stop the boy to suck. :lol
